Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, items must be returned to the factory. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. These items must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

All returns must include Receipt and a note specifying your reason for return.

Terms of Offers

Pricing and Detail Errors. Although we strive at all times to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on this site, including pricing information and product details, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur. In the event that any product that is available through this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will attempt corrections, refunds or provide suggestions when this occurs as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Items. Sale items can run out of stock. We will notify you directly if your order cannot be satisfied. Often, due to high sales volume on discounted items, multiple sales can occur as stock runs out. We will do our best to satisfy an order and, sometimes, we can offer alternatives or upgrades if stock runs out of supply.

Shipping Terms. All of free shipping, fixed price shipping quotes and special rates apply to the Lower 48 states of the USA. We will quote freight costs to Alaska and Hawaii, which aren’t part of our shipping special offers. If shipping rates are not accurately reflected on the order confirmation, we reserve the right to contact the customer and update the shipping costs associated with the products.

Guns and Ammo. All firearms and ammunition has to be shipped to an FFL dealer.
