Purchased my Franchi Intensity from Reeds before last waterfowl season, and got a solid deal on a Max-5 camo Intensity with a 30 inch barrel. Last season I put close to a thousand rounds through it during the duck season, and did not have a single misfire. Gun in simple to deconstruct & clean, and I performed this process after using it each day. The Max-5 camo coating has held up well during a rough waterfowl season. No signs of rust on the gun despite being around saltwater for the season.
Purcashed a Franchi since it was a good deal, it had very positive reviews, and I didn't want to spend twice as much for the Benelli. I can't be more happy with my purchase. It is clearly several steps better than a Stoeger, and has outperformed the Versamax and Maxus guns in our hunting group.
You will not be disappointed with a Franchi Intensity.
