• All fields must be completely filled out in legible and correct fashion to be eligible.
• Any entry with missing information will be disqualified.
• As part of your entry in this drawing, we will add you to our postal, electronic mailing list, texts and social media contacts in our Reeds database to receive retail information. We may send notices and ads to you from time to time about events, coupons, and specials, which you can opt-out of.
• We will not share your information with other retailers. We will share this information with any factory and any non-profit organization that helped sponsor or support this drawing.
• Everyone is welcome to enter. There is no cost to entry. Entries may come from in-store traffic at Reeds retail stores, Reeds off-site events, on-line registrations, and mail-in registrations.
• This drawing is voided for entrants who are subject to regulations that would make the drawing illegal.
• Reeds reserves the right to change and adjust the rules and details at any time, for compliance or other reasons.
• Ask Reeds store manager for additional rules and details, plus see the fine print below for more details.
• No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win This Drawing. A Purchase Will Not Improve Your Chances Of Winning.
• Drawings are open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Those under 18 may participate to the extent allowable by law.
• The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, sales and income taxes (if applicable). Any other incidental expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Reeds and its partners in this drawing to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner shall acknowledge that Reeds and all other businesses and organizations concerned with this Drawing and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness of merchantability of any aspect of prize except that each prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty.
• Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Reeds, and release, defend and hold harmless Reeds, as well as the employees, officers, directors, owners, and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in this Drawing and/or acceptance and use (or misuse) of prize if determined a winner. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed or use or redemption of any prize. Reeds is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, or administration of the drawing. This drawing shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Drawings are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and will be modified for compliance as appropriate
• Drawing for the winner will occur on following the event. Winner will be notified via email and with a phone call. We may post notice of the award on social media and standard public media channels as well.  Winner’s who are nonresponsive after 30 days of notification by the attempts to contact stated above, forfeit their prize to Reeds as well as their rights to all claims to said prize.
