The Remington Model 700 CDL (Classic Deluxe) offers renowned accuracy in a classically styled design. The traditional straight-comb American walnut stock includes a satin finish, finely cut checkering, right-handed cheek piece, black fore-end tip and grip cap, and sling swivel studs. The satin blued finish of the barreled action and the jeweled bolt body completes the tasteful design.

Standard calibers feature 24-inch carbon steel barrels, while magnum calibers sport 26-inch barrels to maximize ballistic performance. Each barrel is clean without sights and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The hinged floor plate magazine has a four round capacity in standard calibers and a three round capacity in magnum calibers. Finished off with the revolutionary R3™ recoil pad , even the unwelcome "punch" of the high-powered magnums is significantly diminished.

  • Receiver machined from solid-steel bar stock resulting in uniformity and strength.
  • Cylindrical receiver design provides a solid bedding area in the stock for consistent shot placement.
  • Recessed bolt face locks up inside the counter-bored breech of the barrel which is surrounded by the receiver, forming "three-rings-of-steel" enclosing the cartridge case head for unparalleled strength.
  • Integral extractor is set in a groove inside the rim of the bolt face, uniformly supporting the cartridge head.

    Firearms must be sold and transferred in accordance with all existing FEDERAL, STATE, and MUNICIPALITY regulations.

    Firearms can be picked up in person at Reed's Sporting Goods at our Walker, Minnesota location. Or we can ship a firearm to a FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE (FFL Dealer), within the United States, to handle the ownership transfer.

    If you require us to ship your firearm, you must do the following :

    • Before you place the order with us, you must locate a local FFL to handle the transfer of the firearm.
    • Indicate the name, address, and phone number of the FFL in the "Customer Comments" section when checking out.
    • Fax a copy of the FFL to 218-547-3162

    When you fax your FFL to us, make sure you indicate your name and address and order confirmation number with the FFL. When all of the above requirements has been completed and we have received the hard copy of your FFL, we will process your order and send the firearm to your FFL for transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once your dealer of choice receives your firearm, he will transfer the firearm to you following all the federal, state and local procedures. The dealer will usually charge a small fee to handle the paper work.
