Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  After 30 days, items must be returned to the factory.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. These items must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

All returns must include Receipt and a note specifying your reason for return.

Q. Where does Reed's Sporting Goods do business?

A. Reed's Sporting Goods is located in Walker, Minnesota and does business throughout the entire United States.  We ship to addresses in all 50 states of the U.S.

A. It only takes a few short seconds to register with us. You will be able to order from our catalog in the future without having to reenter your previous information. We'll keep all of your information for future purchases to keep the process short and sweet.

Q. How long does it typically take to receive shipment of my order?

A. Standard shipping on merchandize will normally arrive in 3 to 4 business days after order is received. (Business Days do not include weekends or holidays) At the time you place your order, we will advise you if there are any additional charges due to weight, bulk, size, or location. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Street address is required for delivery. If you would like to track your order, please email us and request a tracking number for your order. (Include your full name, purchase date, & confirmation number)

Q. Does Reeds Ship Internationally?


Absolutely! Reeds specializes in International Shipments! Our team will select the international carrier that is best for your specific delivery.

Brokerage fees are included in the stated delivery rates, however, applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility as the importer of the merchandise.

Q. Do I Have To Pay Duties/Taxes If I Am Ordering From Outside The United States?


You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, when ordering from Reeds, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International packages are shipped as "merchandise with actual purchase prices" to comply with customs guidelines.

We ship several hundred orders internationally every week and cannot run the risk of a product audit. We try to get our products to you at the lowest possible price to ease the burden on you.


Q. If I order a gun through your Online Catalog how do I receive it?

A. Firearms must be sold and transferred in accordance with all existing FEDERAL, STATE, and MUNICIPALITY regulations.
   Firearms can be picked up in person at Reed's Sporting Goods at our Walker, Minnesota location. Or we can ship a firearm to a FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE (FFL Dealer), within the United States, to handle the ownership transfer.
   Before you place the order with us, you must locate a local FFL to handle the transfer of the firearm. Indicate the name, address, and phone number of the FFL in the "Customer Comments" section when checking out.

Q. I need parts for my firearm and it is out of warranty. What do I do?

A. Best thing to do is contact a Gunsmith. They usually have in stock parts from most manufacturers or can obtain them in a short period of time. If you need a gunsmith, you can call John at The Gun Shop in Bemidji, Minnesota. His local number is 218-751-3761 or 800-830-3761
